CHECK OUT TIME IS 10:00 AM  

AT CHECK OUT PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING:

·      Clean out the refrigerator.

·      Dispose of your trash in the dumpster, located in the North side parking lot (across from the restaurant and behind the fenced gate). Only recyclables go in the recycling dumpster on the left side of the trash dumpster.

·      Strip any beds that you used, leaving murphy beds and sofa beds open, and gather all dirty linens together.  (Dirty linens include sheets, towels, etc.)

·      Wash the dishes or load them into the dishwasher and start it. Dishwasher packets maybe acquired at the front desk.

·      Close all windows and doors.

·      Return all beach towels and your keycards to the front desk. If you are planning an early departure please return beach towels the night before to front desk and keycards must be put in drop box next to the elevator.

·      Return any books or games that you may have borrowed from our library or Front Desk.

NOTE: Leaving a unit excessively dirty WILL result in an extra cleaning fee after check out!!!!!
